There’s a fairly long length of this type of moulding that has either rotted away, or been destroyed by the squirrels on the east side of the Servant Quarters. This is the same type of moulding from the Front Porch roof.
The profile almost looks like picture rail…
The piece, after most of the old paint was removed…
And, then sanded. I need to locate more of this, or figure out how to make it. From my online research, it’s proper name is “bed moulding” and came in several different sizes.
