I don’t have enough time, this season, to do a proper repair on the wooden part of this back corner, so I’ll has to settle for a “quick fix” to get through this winter…

Lots of large gaps where water has been getting in and helped cause this part of the foundation to fail

Detail of the damage. While it looks pretty bad, luckily the wood isn’t completely rotted out. Seems to be only at the surface….

Here, the drip moulding is completely rotted away….

I just need to temporarily keep any rain or snow from getting in, so I’ll be filling it with expanding foam….

This area has now been filled with foam…

As well as this area. Next Spring, I will need to tackle this, but for now it should stay nice and dry…
