Since the “quick paint” looks so good on the Carriage House/Garage, and we have a whole bunch of subpar paint that we bought on clearance several years ago, we decided to continue the process on the Servant Quarters. And, we’ll just continue on to the Main House, if we have enough paint…

This area has a LOT of squirrel damage…
The damaged section of upper fascia was removed…
I will be using the old piece if added trim board that I removed from the Front Porch last summer…
First, it was cut down to the correct length…
Then, the corner angle was transferred over…
I had to sister in some new 2x4s because the originals are in pretty bad condition…
The replacement piece of upper fascia, installed. Hopefully, this will deter the squirrels…
