The cement was covered and allowed to cure for a couple of days. Hopefully, this will last until we rebuild the porch and put the original wood deck flooring and steps back…
The front concrete steps aren’t original to the house. The topmost step has deteriorated because of the water that drips from the porch roof which freezes and thaws all winter. New post cement fully set and has been cut down to the proper height. New post painted and cross bars added to last section of fence. Cross bars painted… Remaining pickets painted on back side, ready for installation… Remaining pickets installed… Remaining pickets painted… Views of the fence with all pickets installed…
Finished up adding and painting all of the sections of pickets down to the last section. This section will contain a gate. So, I dug a new hole for another post… New post, ready to be set… Getting the new post leveled and aligned to the rest of the fence…
Installed some new solar fence post tops today. They look really neat at night.
